Sign up for hourly services and work with an Essay Coach on an “as needed” basis. You can pay for just one hour at a time!
- Send us your essay and get feedback from a professional essay coach regarding the content of your Personal Statement or other supplemental application essays.
- Have a professional Essay Coach proofread your essay to check for grammar, word usage, etc.
- Haven’t started yet? Need a jumpstart to brainstorm content or form an outline but your budget doesn’t allow you to purchase the whole package? Meet online for an hour and a coach can help steer you in the right direction.
Online Essay Coaching Packages for College Application Essays

Coaches will guide Students to select their prompt choices, brainstorm content, and meet word count limitations. Coaches will provide advice and strategy for edits and revisions.

Platinum Essay Package
$1,850 ($1,975 after 8/30/2016)
- Includes exclusive access to our popular College Blueprint Senior Essay.
- Workshop Webinar taught by Director of The Writing Center, Marla Kelley, JD.
- This package also includes 8 additional hours of one-on- one brainstorming, consultations, essay strategy and essay edits with a Platinum Essay Coach.
- These services are specifically designed to assist students applying to the most competitive universities including Ivy League schools, Stanford, MIT, and more. Managing content for essay prompts on the Common Application, The Coalition Application, the UC Applications and others is part of the coaching process.
Premier Essay Package
$1,150 ($1,275 after 8/30/2016)
- Includes exclusive access to our popular College Blueprint Senior Essay Workshop Webinar, plus 6 additional hours of one-on- one brainstorming, consultation, essay strategy and essay edits with a Premier Essay Coach.
- Managing content for essay prompts on the Common Application, The Coalition Application, the UC Applications and others is part of the coaching process.
- After the Webinar the student will be assigned to one coach and may spend some of the allotted time in face to face appointments online for brainstorming and managing essay prompts and overall content.
- The remainder of the 6 hours included in the package may be divided between meeting online with the coach and by the coach reviewing, proofreading, and editing essay drafts. Students and coaches will communicate in online meetings and through emails to exchange and revise drafts. Additional coaching and editing hours may be purchased if necessary.
University of California Essay Package
$975 ($1,150 after 8/30/2016)
- Students will be assigned to one essay coach. The program includes the College Blueprint Senior Essay UC Workshop Webinar and 6 additional hours of one-on- one brainstorming, consultations, essay strategy and essay edits with a Premier Essay Coach specifically directed to writing responses to the 4 required UC essays.
